What the NTR records

The NTR — Nanny Track Record — is built automatically from real documented sessions. None of this is self-declared. It is generated from real activity recorded in Gardspace — confirmed by the bilateral session ritual, completed by the parent on both sides. The NTR cannot be inflated, backdated, or fabricated.

What changes in practice

The first change is in hiring. A family with access to a nanny's G-TRID can verify her record in under two minutes — before any interview, before any reference call. The trust question arrives partially answered.

The second change is in mobility. A nanny who has built her NTR in France can accept a position in New York without starting from zero. Her record travels with her. It is not a French record or a Spanish record — it is hers, in a format that any family, in any country, can verify independently.

The third change is more fundamental. The NTR establishes that childcare is a profession — with a record, with a history, with an infrastructure. A nanny who has documented 300 sessions across 4 countries and 9 families has proof of a career. Not just a memory of one.
