Two paths. One infrastructure. This guide walks you through Gardspace in real care conditions — step by step, for both sides of the relationship.
For parents.
Create an account → open a Care Space → invite the professional → start the session → follow the day → confirm the end → read the report. That's it.
Create your account
Open the application and create your account. A 6-digit code is sent to your email — enter it to validate. Your account is now active.
Open a Care Space
Enter the child's information and confirm the creation. Your Care Space is ready.
Invite the second parent
Enter their email address. The invitation appears directly in their Gardspace application. Once accepted, they have the same rights as you.
OptionalInvite the professional
Enter your nanny's email address. Once accepted, she has access to the Care Space. Her access remains active until you remove it.
Start the session
Starting the session is a bilateral act that accompanies the physical handover of the child. At the moment of handover, the act is digital and immediate.
Follow the day
Follow the Timeline in real time. React to moments with a comment or an emoji. Documentation is handled by the professional.
End of session
The professional closes the session. Tap “Confirm end of session” — act of collection. If no confirmation is received, the session closes automatically.
Read the report
A Daily Report is generated automatically — meals, naps, activities, observations, and the Memory of the Day. Structured, accessible, stored.
For professionals.
Create an account → join a Care Space on invitation → confirm the handover → document the day → close the session. The report is generated. Your Track Record builds.
Create your account
Open the application and choose the Professional role. A 6-digit code is sent to your email — enter it to validate. Your account is active.
Join a Care Space
You do not create a Care Space — you join one on invitation. The family enters your email address. The invitation appears in your application. Tap Accept — that's it. Everything happens within the app.
Confirm the handover
At the moment of the physical handover, the parent taps Start session. You tap Confirm handover — act of reception. Your responsibility for the day begins.
Document the day
Six types of events — available, never imposed. You choose what matters for the day.
Close the session
At the moment of returning the child, tap End session. The parent confirms from their application. The Daily Report is generated automatically and sent to the family.
Your Track Record builds
Every documented session is automatically added to your professional record. Sessions, hours, families, countries — all updated. You have nothing to do.
After 60 cumulative documented hours, your G-TRID is activated — your unique professional identifier, verifiable at gardspace.app/verify.
Photos & videos
Captured directly in the app — never through the personal gallery. Stored in the Care Space. Automatically deleted after 48 hours.
Access to the Care Space
The professional accesses only what is necessary for the active session. Access is linked to the care relationship and revoked when it ends.
The Daily Report
Generated automatically at session close — not written from memory. Sent to both parents. Permanently stored in the Care Space.
